Personal data that we process:

  1. Astrologia.nl processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.
  2. Astrologia.nl does not process personal data because no personal data can be left on our site, other than if you have provided it to us yourself. We also do not use social media plugins.
  3. Astrologia.nl does not process special and/or sensitive personal data of visitors and/or persons who request information.
  4. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at info@astrologia.nl and we will delete this information.

Astrologia processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Astrologia.nl processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as anonymized visitor data that is required by third-party IT / ICT service providers to ensure that our website functions properly.

Astrologia.nl does not make or process automated decision-making about visitors and/or individuals and/or legal entities.

How long we keep personal data:

Astrologia does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

Astrologia explicitly does not share your general personal data with various third parties. Only if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation, we will share your personal data with third parties on the basis of our present legal obligation.

Astrologia only uses technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferred settings. You have the right to correct or delete your personal data.

You can send a request for correction, deletion, of your personal data to: info@astrologia.nl or use our websites contact form as regarded in article 39 GDPR.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request.

Alter these parts of your copy of your ID before you sent it to us:

  1. Your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport),
  2. Passport number,
  3. Citizen Service Number (Social Security Number) black.

This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
